Puur Digest is the perfect supplement for when your animal has diarrhoea or is constipated. Whereas other Psyllium-containing products contain whole seeds Puur Digest only contains the husk, in which the active ingredients are concentrated. This way, the fibres are utilised optimally.

When should you talk to your vet about use?

Is your animal pregnant or lactating? It’s wise to consult your veterinarian before giving Puur Digest.

Puur Digest dosage

Every animal is different, which means effects of the below dosage may also vary. Is the dosage too low? Gradually increase the dosage. This is also the case for lowering a dosage to a maintenance dose (half a dose) when the desired result has been achieved.

Please note! The scoop included in the 100 grams packaging is 3 grams. The scoop in the 600 grams packaging is 18 grams. We advise you to initially buy the smaller packaging for cats/dogs and the bigger packaging for horses. Simply save the right scoop afterwards, so you can buy the bigger packaging next time.

Administration:

Puur Digest can be given with food. Moisten the powder so that it is not blown out of the bowl. If the animal is constipated, give Puur Digest with plenty of water always ensure that enough clean drinking water is available. If your horse does not like it, the powder can be given through some apple compote, slop or muesli.

Duration

In case of acute problems, the treatment is relatively short. Varying from a couple of days to 3 weeks. Continue giving Puur Digest for a few more days once you see improvement. In case of long-term complaints, result start showing after 1 to 3 weeks.

If the product is given for a longer period of time, it’s advised to implement a 7-day break every six to eight weeks. After the break, you can start giving Puur Detoxi again. This way you ensure the body keeps reacting to Puur Digest.

Composition

Psyllium Husk, Methylsulfonylmethane, N-Acetyl-Glucosamine, Magnesium (as citrate), Bentonite, Enterococcus faecium and fructooligosaccharides.

The composition of dog/cat and horse is identical, only the contents are higher because a horse requires a significantly higher dosage. However, you can also use the 600 g version for your dog or cat.
