Oropharma Avi-Chol is a supplement to bird food and supports the liver function and moulting. It is important for the liver to function well. In young birds, the liver can be under added strain because there is a higher demand for energy, proteins, vitamins, fats and hormones. The same goes for the moulting period. All of the feathers are replaced, so your bird needs to get enough nutrients.

Administration and dosage

You can mix 2 caps of Avi-Chol with 1 litre of drinking water or with 500 grams of egg food. If you mix it with egg food, the best thing to do is to first mix Avi-Chol with the water that you use to moisten the egg food, in order to create a homogenous mix.

• During the moulting and show season: Administer Avi-Chol 2 to 3 times weekly
• When administering colour pigments, such as Can-Tax or Yel-Lux: administer 2 to 3 times weekly
• To support the liver or after medication: administer Avi-Chol for 5 consecutive days.
