    Frontline Combo Spot On Cat

    Frontline Combo Cat removes fleas, ticks and biting lice from cats. The drops have a double function. It stops the development of flea eggs near your cat. The same goes for flea larvae and the development of pupae. If your cat has been treated with Frontline Combo Cat, your cat is still protected against fleas that find their way to your cat within 24 hours. Frontline Combo Kat drops are also suitable for ferrets.

    Properties

    • Effective within 24 hours against live fleas
    • Effective within 48 hours against ticks and biting lice
    • Prevents re-infestation by immature fleas in the enviroment for four weeks
    • Stops development of flea eggs, larvae and pupae for six weeks and thus prevents re-infestation

    Administration

    You can easily administer Frontline Combo by squeezing the pipette between the shoulder blades.

    Frontline Combo Spot On Cat in Ferrets

    Frontline Combo Spot On Cat also protects ferrets against fleas, ticks and biting lice. The product has a dual effect on fleas: it removes the adult fleas on the animal and prevents contamination of the environment of the treated animal by immature fleas. In addition, it protects the ferret against reinfection from fleas and ticks for 4 weeks.

    Dosage and administration in ferrets

    One 0.5 ml pipette per ferret, apply to the skin between the shoulder blades. Minimum treatment interval: 4 weeks.

    Use during pregnancy and lactation

    • Cats: the product can be used during pregnancy and lactation.
    • Ferrets: the safety of the product has not been established in ferrets during pregnancy and lactation. Therefore, only use after consultation with the attending veterinarian.

    Contraindications

    • Cats: Do not administer the product to kittens younger than 8 weeks old and/or to kittens weighing less than 1 kg.
    • Ferrets: Do not administer the product to ferrets younger than 6 months old
    • General: Do not use in sick (eg systemic diseases, fever) or convalescent animals. Do not use in rabbits, as side effects and even death may occur.

    Precautions

    Ticks that are already present on the cat should be removed with, for example, the O'Tom tick hook.
