Product Description
Excellent Sand Exit (Muesli) forms a gel which binds with sand in the intestinal tract. Sand is then excreted in manure.
How do I know if my horse is eating too much sand?
Horses that eat sand can be identified through their manure. Take a clean bag/glove, collect a fresh sample, add some water and let the manure dissolve a little. Let it hang for 15 minutes, then check for sand by feeling around (with a rubber glove). If sand is present, it can cause colic or blockages. A course of Excellent Sand Exit can resolve this.
