This dog food contains 8% more protein and 20% more fat than Eukanuba food for medium-sized breeds. This means that this food provides for the energy requirements of smaller dogs that have a smaller stomach and a better metabolism than larger breed dogs. The Omega 6 and Omega 3 fatty acids contribute to a healthy skin and a beautiful glossy coat. The high protein content supports the maintenance of supple muscles. Because there are minerals in the dry food, it also helps to prevent tartar on your dog's teeth.
