Effol Ice-Pack reduces swelling and soothes pain in tense muscles. This product is very easy and quick to use, you don't even need to put it in the freezer first. It is relaxing for the muscles and joints, and can be used after intensive exercise or to prevent an injury or swelling.

Use

The ice-pack is activated by a pulling mechanism. Always place a cloth between the compress and the skin.

Use for a maximum of 20 minutes, as a one-time use only.
