What if the Woolly Wolf Woodland Collar does not fit

To check if the collar fits, you may take the collar out of its packaging and hold it next to your pet. This way you can check if it fits. You may not return the collar for hygiene reasons if it has been in contact with your pet. If we find upon return that the product is stained, worn, contains dog hair or smells dirty, the product will not be returned to you. It will then benefit a charity (local shelter). As we are often faced with products that are not returned in new condition, we unfortunately have to apply these rules for fitting and/or returning them.
