What is Neutradex?

Neutradex from Virbac is a caramel-flavoured syrup that supports muscle recovery in horses, based on disodium hydrogen citrate. Sodium promotes water absorption in horses.

Key features

• Reduces muscle stiffness and relieves pain.
• Helps to delay muscle fatigue and supports endurance.
• Ensures proper kidney and bladder function in horses.
• Helps horses that are sensitive to the 'tying up' syndrome.

Dosage

• Add 30 ml of Neutradex per 500 kg body weight per day to the daily feed.
• Give 50 ml of Neutradex orally after strenuous exercise or work (such as a game), with the aid of a syringe, on the back of the tongue.

Composition

Each dose of 30 ml contains 8.5 grams disodium hydrogen citrate.
