Tap water is not always suitable to use as water for your aquarium, because it can contain substances that could be harmful for ornamental fish, such as chlorine and heavy metals. Tetra AquaSafe is an easy tool to make tap water suitable for use in your aquarium. It removes chlorine and chloramine and binds metals such as copper, zinc and lead. It also helps to create an optimal and natural living environment for your fish. AquaSafe adds essential ingredients to the water: iodine for vitality and magnesium for the growth of the fish and the plants. Nourishing colloids protect the gills and mucous membrane of the fish and biocolloids promote the growth of useful bacteria in the water, keeping it clear. This product also contains a vitamin formula with Vitamin B, which supports the health of the fish.

Because AquaSafe is a liquid product, it quickly dissolves in water. Suitable for all fresh and salt water aquariums.
