Usage

The ointment comes in a fine sealed tube, so the ointment does not shoot right out when opening. It is a running ointment, so the ointment itself flows out over the eyeball. Before application, make sure the ointment is at room temperature. You pull the animal's lower eyelid down slightly and apply a small amount of the ointment to the eyeball. Take care not to contact the eye or eye hairs with the tip of the cannula. Apply a small amount of the ointment to the eyeball 2 to 4 times daily.

If the symptoms do not subside, contact your vet. You store the ointment at a temperature below 25 degrees. Do not store in the fridge or freezer. After opening, you can store the eye ointment for up to 3 months.

• Ulcus cornea
• Eye diseases involving deep ulceration (sores) without new blood vessels growing on the cornea
• Rabbits intended for human consumption
