Nobby Rubber Ball with Bell

This ball was pretty useless within a day of its arrival. Number one the bell came out within 2 hours of use, our small dog chewed through the rope within 4 hours of use, all in all a terrible product not fit for purpose. I was given a very similar ball from our dog breeder which he still has, the bell is still within the ball and although the rope has broken, not through being chewed, it is still amazing and he loves it. I thought this ball you sold was going to be the same, but it’s nothing like the one we have, a waste of money. That’s the downside of buying on line, cannot beat going to shops, but could not find one anywhere. I should have contacted the breeder in the first place, but I know she is very busy.
