Dogs that suffer from kidney problems can be very picky when it comes to food. Because of this, we decided to create a taster pack so that you can try out ten different types of wet food specially designed for dogs with kidney problems. The taster pack contains five types of wet food from brands such as Hill's, Royal Canin, Specific, Hill's and Trovet.
Kidney Diet Taster Pack for Dogs has been specifically developed for use after diagnosis and under supervision of a veterinarian. Before you can purchase this product, please confirm the following:
Your pet has been examined by a veterinarian, who has recommend this product after diagnosis.
You understand and agree that you should seek the advice of your veterinarian regarding the use of this product at least every 6 months.
You understand and agree that if your pet's condition should deteriorate in any way, you should immediately seek the advice of your veterinarian.
Kidney problems are a common occurrence in dogs, whether they are young or old. Kidney problems often go hand in hand with picky eating and a lack of appetite. Determining what type of food is suitable for your dog with kidney problems (whilst also being something that they enjoy eating) can be quite a long search. Because of this, Vetsend has put together a special taster pack for dogs with kidney problems. The taster pack contains different types of diet kidney food by brands such as Royal Canin, Specific, Hill's and Trovet. These come in a range of different flavours. As dogs with kidney problems prefer wet food, this taster pack contains trial sized pouches/tins of wet food that will help you determine what diet is best for your dog!
Tip! You can add some warm water or heat up the wet food a little to reinforce the smell and taste of the food.
The packaging of Specific is currently being renewed: packaging has been made more user-friendly. Furthermore, Specific has a new composition. Its new wet food for dogs contains more fish oil and is made from pork. If your dog is familiar with allergies, always check the new composition beforehand.

This was a good way to see if my dog would take to renal dog food after being on same food for 14 years, she wolfed down all the products. We now give her Royal Canin renal diet.
