Hill's Science Plan - Kitten

Hill's Science Plan Kitten with is specially formulated to support the immune system and digestive health of kittens, from weaning up to the age of 1 year. Recommended for kittens from weaning to the age of 1 year, and for pregnant and lactating cats. Lactating cats may be given as much Science Plan Kitten as they require until weaning is complete. Not suitable for other adult cats, unless they have higher energy requirements than normal. During the second half of lactation, kittens may be weaned onto the same Science Plan Kitten food as their mother, simplifying the weaning process.

All Hill's Science Plan Kitten formulas are enriched with a high content of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), a key structural component of the brain which occurs naturally in milk. Feeding Science Plan Kitten to pregnant and lactating cats provides kittens with high levels of DHA in their mother's milk. When fed to kittens after weaning, DHA levels are maintained throughout the critical development period of the brain and eyes.

Dosage

Science Plan Kitten should be given from weaning until the cat becomes an adult, at the age of 1 year. Kittens can be given an unlimited amount of Science Plan Kitten, but the indicated daily amounts for kittens and cats serve as a guideline for 2-4 meals a day. The amount may be adjusted as necessary to maintain optimal body weight. Pregnant cats can usually be given an unlimited amount of Science Plan Kitten, but you can use the indicated daily amounts as a guideline. The quantity can be adjusted where necessary to maintain optimal body condition.

• Pouch with fish: Chicken, pig, pea protein, sea fish (4%), minerals, egg powder, corn starch, cellulose, dried pork protein, various sugars, sunflower oil, fish oil, vitamins, taurine, trace elements and beta-carotene. Coloured with natural caramel.
• Pouch with chicken: Chicken (31%), pig, pea protein, wheat flour, minerals, salmon, cellulose, egg powder, dried pork protein, maize starch, dextrose, fish oil, xylose, sunflower oil, vitamins, dextrin, taurine, trace elements and beta-carotene. Coloured with natural caramel.
