Groene Os Psyllium Husk for Horses & Ponies

Using Groene Os Psyllium Husk Horse ensures healthy bowel movements in horses and prevents diverticulosis. Psyllium husks slow down absorption of carbohydrates and sugars, causing blood sugar levels to remain stable. What's more, these fibres bind some toxins and heavy metals to help detox the horse's body from the inside. Moreover, Groene Os Psyllium Husk Horse has a beneficial effect on cholesterol levels because it decreases re-absorption in the intestines.

Recommended for

When ingested with plenty of water:

• Proper bowel function.
• When ingested with very little water:
• Diarrhoea.

Not suitable for

This product is suitable for all horses, providing that enough water is provided.

Dosage for horses and ponies

1 full scoop once daily in plenty of lukewarm water (approximately 2 litres). When used to treat diarrhoea, less water may be used. 1 scoop contains 45 grams.
