Groene Os Glucosamine Complex Special consists of various minerals, vitamins, herbs and amino acids. This food supplement supports the condition of joints, cartilage, connective tissue, muscles, tendons and ligaments, and can contribute to the production of bone and synovial fluid (joint lubricant fluid).

Similarities and differences to Glucosamine Complex

Groene Os Glucosamine Complex Special, like Groene Os Glucosamine Complex, has been designed to support the musculoskeletal system, especially for animals that are extremely active. It has the same basic features, but is distinguished by the additional ingredients Frankincense (Boswellia serrata), Niacinamide and N-acetylcysteine. The addition of these ingredients can contribute to increased mobility. Niacinamide helps to stimulate the metabolism and N-acetylcysteine is an antioxidant which can reduce further breakdown of collagen (fibrous protein in connective tissue, cartilage and bone).

Ingredients:

Calcium citrate, Magnesium citrate, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), Glucosamine KCl sulphate, chondroitin sulphate, MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), Frankincense (Boswellia serrata), niacinamide, N-acetylcysteine.

Dosage:

Food supplement for cats, dogs, ponies and horses.
The following advice applies to both dogs and cats, unless prescribed otherwise by a veterinarian.
Start the day with 2 x 1/4 to 1/2 scoop in their food.
After clear improvement, reduce to 1 x 1/4 to 1/2 scoop.
1/2 scoop contains 4 grams of powder.

Horses and ponies:
The composition of dog/cat and horse/pony is the same, only the packaging is larger because the daily dosage for a horse is often considerably higher. You can safely use the larger packaging (1 kg) for your dog or cat.

Not suitable for:

• Use during pregnancy, lactation or in growing animals without consultation with a veterinarian.
• Do not use if the animal is hypersensitive to any ingredients.
• Animals with diabetes (diabetes mellitus) or renal impairment without consultation with a veterinarian.

Combine with:

Glucosamine Complex Special can be combined with Evening primrose oil or Trias Omega.
