Excellent Red Mite Powder

Excellent Red Mite Powder is effective against red mites and feather mites. Red mites and feather mites can cause anaemia and loss of condition in birds. The powder from Excellent is composed from natural substances. These substances are comparable with the dust bath that birds naturally take. It can also be used preventively to prevent mites and is safe to use on young animals.

Administration and dosage

The powder can be administered to birds in two ways:

1. Powder birds directly with the bottle. Sprinkle the powder lightly and evenly over the feathers.
2. Put the powder into a bowl and place it in the bird cage. The powder can now be used as a dust bath.

Repeat this treatment every six weeks. If necessary, repeat the treatment after a week. Administer this in the evening if possible.

Not suitable for

Do not use on weak or sick animals.
